Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure quick shipping. As a result, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hypeheavenapparels@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with proof of purchase.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order number. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
