Exchange Policy – 7 Days Only
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, email us at hypeheavenapparels@gmail.com. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process them.


Returns
At this time, we do not offer refunds, but exchanges can be arranged within the 7-day window. For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges on:
• Sale or discounted items


Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hypeheavenapparels@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.


Shipping for Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send instructions and the return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
